Last month, US Law Shield of Pennsylvania and Justin McShane filed a lawsuit against the City of Harrisburg regarding its illegal ordinances that stand in open defiance to the clear legislative mandate that has been spelled out in 18 PS 6120 since 1974.

Today at 1230 pm, an offer by US Law Shield and Justin McShane was made to the City leadership. If they would agree to repeal the illegal gun laws in question, then the plaintiffs will not seek attorney’s fees.

It is now up to the leadership in the City to determine if it wishes to follow the law and not pay legal fees or continue to thumb its nose at the rule of law and then pay for its hubris.

The preliminary injunction hearing is set before Judge Dowling at the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas at 9 am.
