Earlier this month, U.S. Law Shield of Pennsylvania (through Relator Todd Hoover) and Justin McShane filed a lawsuit challenging the City of Harrisburg’s illegal gun ordinances. This week, the Plaintiffs filed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction which would prevent the City from enforcing the ordinances while the lawsuit is pending. By Order of the Court, there will be a hearing this Friday at 9:00 AM. This hearing will help the Court determine whether or not the preliminary injunction is ultimately granted.
